A two day training course focused on motivation skills designed for individuals already actively engaged in practical leadership and management roles. We will apply core motivation skills, tools and techniques to deliver results. Motivation techniques are practiced using a series of role-plays. The course also involves performance analysis and self-confidence building. Case study analysis will also be a part of the course.
