Consumer Contest 2010 - Terms & Conditions
General
1) In terms of law, this contest is assessed as Consumer Contest (not Consumer Lottery) described in the 202/1990 Collection of Laws.
2) This contest is valid till 31 August 2011. This period can be extended.
3) Refering a company (i.e. filling in the specific form) is the step which is directive for the contest validity. Neither corporate training nor reward delivery is directive for the contest deadline specified under the point 2.
4) Organizer has right to change the Terms and Conditions without any warning.
Contract volume and minimal contract volume
5) Contract volume means a single contract, a collection of contracts (i.e. one or more companies involved) or 1 year spending (i.e. consolidated contracts for one company within 1 year) for our Corporate Training courses.
6) Minimal contract volume means volume without VAT for a single contract (i.e. one company involved), a collection of contracts (i.e. one or more companies involved) or 1 year spending (i.e. consolidated contracts for one company within 1 year).
7) Only contracts for Corporate Training courses (both 1-day and 2-day courses) can be qualified for the commission or bonus. Other services are not eligible for this reward.
8) Additional costs for venue lease, attendees' refreshment, lunch, parking and other possible costs are not eligible for this reward.
9) Discounted and refunded (based on 100% money back guarantee) courses cannot be qualified for the commission or bonus.
Rewards
10) If there are two entrants applying for a bonus for the same contract, the reward will be delivered to the first one who filled in the form.
11) Each entrant may choose from two options: a money reward or a bonus reward.
12) The level of the reward is based on the Contract volume for money reward or Minimal contract volume for a bonus reward.
13) The reward is delivered to the entrant after all relevant invoices are paid.
14) All rewards including money reward and bonus reward are already taxed on the source side. The entrant, i.e. receiver of the reward, is not obliged to pay any taxes afterwards.
